There are several bugs related to this, see: http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=22598 It is also unfair to name the package "tightvnc-something", and use the code base from a third project. Either apply patches to the right code base, or drop the package and provide a sensible replacement with a proper name. Meanwhile, for the x86_64 users needing this service, there are source and binary packages available at my web site: http://personal.telefonica.terra.es/web/plcl/mandriva/tightvnc-server.html -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandriva.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You reported the bug, or are watching the reporter. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [email protected] status: UNCONFIRMED distribution: 2006.0-community creation_date: description: Xvnc crashes at startup, as several users reported, and I can confirm.
