Well, for this devel package you have on x86_64:
lib64glib2.0-devel =3D 1:2.36.3-2:2013.0

on i586:
libglib2.0-devel =3D 1:2.36.3-2:2013.0

So the name will be different between arches, but if they were to have a
versioned provides that's named the same independent of architecture like
ie. glib2-devel, then it's more suitable to use for versioned dependencies.

Ie. like:
Conflicts: glib2-devel < 1:2.36.3-2
