Re: another diff for drakx revision 109363 po/he.po

The directory is /usr/share/sane/firmware and the "!"
might cause RTL problems so it was removed while the
meaning of the message was kept.
In Hebrew it is concidered somewhat impolite to use
"!" (it has the connotation of ordering)  so I'm
trying to limit the use to more critical warnings.

P.S. this issue was also discussed on some Hebrew
translation mailing lists a while ago when we made an
unsuccessful effort to come up with common translation
guidlines to all FOSS projects.
