SVN for translators

Excuse me if this is faq, but i didn't had the possibility 
to follow this ML in last months.

I read this page

but i didn't understood two problems:

- can i have a read only/anonymous password?
- can i download only templates (file.pot) and translations in my
language (file-xx.po)?
