countries in drakx-net

Hi all,

one of the latest drakx-net updates added 400 new cellular providers to
the list. With this, several new countries were added to our
translatable strings. As it is the same list that we have in main drakx
po files, I synced the country names with it, so everything should be fine.

However, since that list some political info changed. Right now, there
is no longer country called 'Serbia and Montenegro', as Serbia and
Montenegro are different countries now. I think this is the only change.
