Outdated translations of system-config-printer (again)

Hi,

the translations of system-config-printer in Mandriva SVN are outdated - 
that is, although at 100%, the *.po files do not apply well to the 
current version to be released in 2010 Spring.

As a result, untranslated strings appear in system config printer.

We need either to pull translations from upstream (the version Mandriva 
uses is fully translated, but for some reasons the translations are not 
used in Mandriva), or at least update the catalogs in Mandriva SVN so 
that we can translate the package.

BTW, the translations were (and still are) borked like this in current 
Mandriva 2010 as well!
