First of all, welcome (to hell xD)!!! From Galician Translation Team we have a few things to comment. I was talking with Mandriva people (peroyvind, slauriere, ...) on FOSDEM, a few days ago. They ask me for which translation web system we want to mount on Mandriva. After a short discussion into our mail list, we decided that we prefer Transifex, but we not discard Pootle like secondary system. As advantage over Transifex, it allows to do translations chain by chain over the browser. Is it possible mount both? About our workflow, we use exactly the same system as German Translation Team. But, about this, we have a little problem. I'm the galician translation team coordinator and my svn access is broken since several months. On FOSDEM, peroyvind changed my ssh key on ldap for a new one, but it didn't work. So, I can't upload galician translations to svn. When you get a chance, you can help me with this problem, please? Thanks ;-) And finally, we have a proposal about the svn structure. Actually, the structure is /package/languages.po. This structure has a problem: if you want to translate only a language, you have to checkout all languages .po files (about 550 MB). So, we propose to change the structure by /language/package.po. We believe that this solution could work better (checkouts, permissions, ...). Think about it! Ok, that's all. Excuse the wall of text. I hope it could be useful.
