Well integration with svn has changed with v1.0: http://help.transifex.net/user-guide/one-dot-zero.html "Before 1.0, the developer gave Transifex write access to his VCS repository, and translations were automatically committed by Transifex. Each translation task resulted in a VCS commit & push. Starting from 1.0, you can choose when and how to retrieve translations. Translation files can be exported from Transifex with a handy command in your terminal: tx pull."
