Re: LXDE component updates

Changes in lxrandr and lxappearance is usefull, but not impliment in
master branch since november 2010 :(

And it's not has well generated po string on upstream. Translators not
need rework all strings - nuf msgmerge for upstream translated po.

I'll make diff pot file for upstream.
