Transifex can have such statistics. The global maintainer needs to add a 
release to the "Mandriva i18n teams" project and add all resources in it.
The statistic will than looks like this:
https://transifex.mageia.org/projects/p/mageia_i18n/r/mga1/
and if you choose a team, like this:
https://transifex.mageia.org/projects/p/mageia_i18n/r/mga1/l/tr/

Transifex is for the moment not able to commit automatically (it has 
been disabled I think) and that for good reasons. For example:
Transifex isn't able to remember and gain the header. The whole header 
of the po-file will be get lost. But that isn't allowd, as there are 
listed all former translators. The commiter should really take care of 
that and merge the old header (plus the new header line) to the po-file 
that he uploads.
