some characters cant appear at online translating

hello developers

there are some characters at some of PO file at transifex the translator
cant translate it at that server

like this character

you can find it at this link

so you need to do it offline by downloading it and translate it with PO
files translator then upload it to the server

but transifex refuse to accept  that translating

so how can i deal with it
