Update menu-message and rpm-summary and sync with Transifex

We have different version description of rpm-packets in svn and
transifex and now all of it's old (last changes in a past of july).

As descripe in menu-messega pot and po file may be generate on local
mashine. I can do that, but sync with transifex still question for me.

rpm-summary generate by scrip on BS, but not works :(

I think we need syncronise Transifex with svn and then generate new
pot/po files.
