It isn't typically optimised for CD based loading, but it surely
starts vastly faster than 10 minutes on our tests.

No.

Mandrake Move's policy is to not ask. First, because on the free
download version there's nothing saved so questions would be
asked at each boot. Second, because using MandrakeMove doesn't
always need everything configured, and anything can be configured
when needed through MCC, and something like a NIC question is too
hard for newbies. Aim is to boot as fast as possible, auto
configuring things if possible.

No, only erratas. We can't easily patch iso files anyway.
