Even changing the time zone in MM's clock doesn't do anything. Say it simpl=

And, with MM, you have to think about the Windows end-user, not about the U=
nix/Linux developer or server-user (wich is set to UTC, ok). ALL Win end-us=
ers have set their BIOS clock to their own time zone, that's it. Even me...=
 BTW, the classic Mandrake installation doesn't change anything to the cloc=
k time, does'n it ? As far as I remember, I never had to say anything about=
 UTC or not when installing a Mdk, and all was fine... So why not doing the=
 same thing with MM ???
