Hello: I'm not sure if this was reported before. I have a problem with my Logitech USB headset. Sometimes it was not detected by pavucontrol. The yield is somewhat close to 20% of the time it is not detected. As of now, all I have is that when I go to Control Center -> Hardware -> Browse and Configure hardware, it looks like this: ***** (When detected) It is under "USB sound devices": Identification Vendor: Logitech Description: Logitech USB Headset Media class: Audio|Control Device Connection Bus: USB Bus PCI #: 7 PCI device #: 2 Vendor ID: 0x046d Device ID: 0x0a0c Misc Module: snd_usb_audio ***** (When not detected) I have two devices under "Unknown/Others": 1] Identification Vendor: Logitech Description: Logitech USB Headset Media class: Human Interface Device|No Subclass|None Connection Bus: USB Bus PCI #: 7 PCI device #: 2 Vendor ID: 0x046d Device ID: 0x0a0c Misc Module: usbhid 2] Identification Vendor: Description: Logitech Logitech USB Headset Connection Bus: usb Vendor ID: 0x046d Device ID: 0x0a0c Misc Module: kbd ***** Anybody here knows if there is something that I should take a look at. Probably a file or a command line to execute. Thanks in advance. PS System: Dell Dimension E520 Mandriva 2010.1 x64 pavucontrol 0.9.10 KDE 4.4.3
