Netzwerkgeschwindigkeit testen

Hallo!

Ich habe mein Netzwerk umgestellt und sollte nun statt vorher ein 10er ein 
100er Netzwerk hier nun haben. 
Bei meinem Windowsrechner wird das in der Taskleiste auch korrekt angezeigt, 
wie kann ich das aber hier bei Mandrake Linux (KDE Desktopt) am einfachsten 
überprüfen?
