Traffic & ipconfig

Hallo,

ich habe mal zwei Fragen:

1. Kann ich mir irgendwo den Traffic auf der Netzwerkkarte anzeigen lassen? 
Evtl. im SysTray?

2. Bei Windoofs und bei SuSE habe ich in der Konsole einen Befehl ipconfig bzw 
ifconfig, bei Mandrake 10.0 finde ich diesen Befehl nicht. Heißt der anders?
