yes, thank you all. Paul showed me how to get to the router´s info but in fact 
I was responsible of the main problem by not using the right lead to connect 
router to the phone.  Then ( one of those days), my internet connection went 
down. It seems they are working on Astra but now all works well :-) Many 
thanks. The VOIP phone seems fine and certainly cheaper than my regular phone 
line which is down each time the weather changes.
