I didn't do an 'online upgrade'.  I just deleted my sources and went to 
easy urpmi, identified the distro as 2010, and added 'em.  Then from 
console did a 'urpmi --auto-update -a' and sat back and watched.  Neat 
stuff.

After a week of use, no problems to report.
