Go to http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/, 
select to choose you own mirrors,
select every repository OTHER THAN than those marked testing or backtrace,
select mirrors that are about 6 hours away from your own timezone,
cut and paste the output to a root terminal

I have the feeling we've been here before :-)
