It often happens - particularly during holiday seasons when there's 
nobody around to fix it - that the packages actually available on a 
mirror get out of sync with the hdlist (the list of packages which 
*should* be available on that mirror).

As Rick said, manually setting up a different set of sources from 
easyurpmi might help - I had to do this when moving from 2009.1 to 
2010 on Christmas Day because the mirrors that the system chose for 
me were out of sync & many of the updates & extra packages that I 
wanted to install were unavailable.
