Where is libgtkembedmoz ?

When I invoke  Help in Adobe reader 8, I get the message:  Unable to find the html rendering library libgtkembedmoz.

I looked for the file with the Dolphin 'find' function and confirmed that I do not have the file.  However, the software manager in the control center does not list the file either.  Where can I find it?
