Maryse, I would disagree with you, one of the most difficult things is=20
for someone who is intimate with the ins and outs of something=20
technical, to be able to understand the problems encountered by their=20
target audience, who has no familiarity at all. keep testing and asking=20
questions. it helps us all, especially if you come back when you confirm=20
"what worked".
