2008.0 PLF repositories created

The 2008.0 PLF repositories have been created with the same layout as 
the 2007.x repositories.

You can add the medias with the following command:
urpmi.addmedia --distrib ftp://SOME_MIRROR/plf/mandriva/cfg/2008.0/i586

Replace i586 with ppc/x86_64 if one of those archs is used. Add 
--probe-hdlist if you want to use the full hdlist files.
