Add w64codecs version 1.9 to PLF-Non free for Mandriva Cooker or 2010.0 since it's missing for 64-bit archs.

I think 64-bit needs w64codecs to play WMA-files. I've
tried to play it with all the necessary codecs in VLC, Totem & Rhythmbox, but
no luck.

Audio-codec wma9dmo is needed according to this Ubuntu-bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/+bug/498038

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download/rip a wma-file.
2. Install all the codecs needed otherwise.
3. Start to play that file in most common players like Totem, VLC or Mplayer.
4. Voila! It doesn't play any sound if you even can play the file.

I'd be glad if someone took the time to fix this for x86_64.

/Kristoffer

P.S. I also made a report about this here
https://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=56653 & here
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=605401

The last one is just a general wish.
