I wonder if it's possible to request a backport? Hi, for mplayer OK, I have backported a newer mplayer snapshot for 2010.0 official and PLF. It should support that audio format, please try. I don't think I can safely backport ffmpeg as too many apps. Regarding Gstreamer: 2010.0 already has the latest gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg release, so there is not much I can do.
