Repackaging  of googleearth implementing the reported suggestions 

This source RPM of Google Earth contains all the suggestions I made, except the
the subpackage for GNOME. Instead, I simply added a suggest for the needed
libs.

Some integrist KDE users will probably think we shouldn't have such a suggest
because they don't want GTK libs at all, so I think a googleearth-gtk-compat
subpackage (this name is better than googleearth-gnome-compat) would be a good
thing.

By the way, I wonder if keeping /var/googleearth directory is useful or not.
Why not using a temporary directory like /var/tmp/googleearth?

Please give me a feedback!

P.S: After the necessary checks, could the maintainer push this into testing
for a wider public?
