Here this directory and file are like this: drwxr-x--- 2 httpd-naat admin 4.0K Jun 13 14:53 mod_ssl/ -rw-r--r-- 1 httpd-naat root 12K Jun 13 16:03 mod_ssl/ssl_scache And the file itself is: mod_ssl/ssl_scache: Berkeley DB (Hash, version 8, native byte-order) I think you can remove it and try again.
