If it was the output rules,... The answer will be another thing, but not
'invalid argument'... 

In fact, the rule is ok,... And time is updated ok...
The message is :
Ntpd[3407]: send to [134.214.100.6] invalid argument

Config in gui interface :
Time Zone : CET  
NTP Server Address (optional) : France/ntp.univ-lyon1.fr

Check your output rules, maybe something is preventing the 123/udp packets
from leaving.
