Red is the default color of a broken symlink if you're using the ls
command (because it's aliased, type 'alias ls' to see it).  Remove the
link and resync, if it doesn't fix itself you need to look at the mirror
and see if something about its structure changed or if you are excluding
some path that it should be pointing to (RPMS3 is jpackage IIRC).
