[Security-Discuss] Rsync with RPMS3

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why when I rsync up to with a cooker 
site I have a red !RPMS3 , does this mean it wants to be moved somewhere 
else?

When updating my urpmi it does not find any headers or cache, or a .cz list.  
I belive it has to do with where my RPMS3 is.
