The hdlist.cz is fine... it broke somewhere in the mirroring process.  
This is the md5sum of the file:

If you're running your own mirror, try deleting and re-downloading the 
file; if you're not, you might want to ask the admin of your mirror to 
do so (or temporarily switch mirrors).
