Yes, I am running my own mirror. I deleted the hdlist.cz file and resynced 
directly from the corporate mandrake rsync server. 
The md5sum is again 7b3b6feade819dc2dc6581ef53095290.
Then I downloaded the hdlist.cz file from
ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/mandrakelinux/official/updates/amd64/10.0/base,
ftp://ftp.proxad.net/pub/Distributions_Linux/Mandrakelinux/official/updates/amd64/10.0/base and
ftp://carroll.cac.psu.edu/pub/linux/distributions/mandrakelinux/official/updates/amd64/10.0/base, 
they all have the md5sum 7b3b6feade819dc2dc6581ef53095290.
