Just got back in to town. Looks like I need to export this symbol or 
something. I'll have a look. As to why the libxpm doesn't rebuild on 10.0, 
I think it's because of the install X update, which I didn't have 
installed on the build machine, since they were more or les done in 
parallel (same code base).
