The kdebase-kcontrol-nsplugins file isn't supposed to be there (I've  
been told to remove it).  I'd suggest filing a bug on bugzilla with the  
KDE maintainer since he keeps giving us kde updates so he should fix  
the packages.  =)  I don't know why it's supposed to be removed tho..  
I'm only doing as I'm told.

Filing a bug report would be good because these KDE updates we've had  
nothing to do with other than build, test, and put out.  The KDE  
maintainer has been handling all of these bugfix packages.
