It seems that Kolab doesn't generate a lot of enthusiasm at MDK =( It's
too specialized to be in a Desktop offering, it's good for a Server
product, but it has to be marketed along with support and professional
services.

But anyways, the Kolab wizard was just a graphical wrapper to a
command-line script, so it wasn't that important ;-)

It *is* out, and working. The Kolab version in Cooker is a hybrid
version, supporting all features of Kolab 1.0, with the Kolab 2.0
schema, and added PDC features. It's used by several of our customers. 
It supports either Outlook (with a proprietary plugin) or Kontact.

The major feature with 2.0 is the XML format that enables Outlook to
work without the silly TNEF format so you can mix and match free and
non-free clients. And it's only important for the shared calendars, all
the other functions (IMAP, POP) work with any client.

So you can install the MDK version right away, and if you need any help,
