not netmask but

As I have write
I have made some test with Static IP dirtectly on bond device
and this is the same problem eth0 and eth1 aren't enslaved at boot time

In this case ifcfg-bond0 was :
DEVICE=3Dbond0
BOOTPROTO=3Dstatic
IPADDR=3D192.168.254.200
NETMASK=3D255.255.255.0
BROADCAST=3D192.168.254.255
MII_NOT_SUPPORTED=3Dyes
ONBOOT=3Dyes
USERCTL=3DNO
