Right, the CentOS repo was in fact empty. I've now generated a CentOS 6 & 7 stable version for MondoRescue 3.2.2 which contains the reference to both the new and old key.
All new versions or repo regenration will now deliver this.

Let me know if that fixes your issue for good.
