You can see partition details.
[root@MySystem T]# df -h

/dev/sda2 20G 7.9G 11G 43% /
tmpfs 16G 68K 16G 1% /dev/shm
/dev/sda10 147G 12G 128G 9% /export/home
/dev/sda1 62G 52M 59G 1% /export/home/signa/research
/dev/sda3 20G 44M 19G 1% /export/home/snap
/dev/sda7 3.9G 1.3G 2.4G 36% /tmp
/dev/sda5 7.8G 302M 7.1G 5% /var
/dev/sda6 7.8G 27M 7.4G 1% /var/log
/dev/sda8 3.9G 272M 3.4G 8% /var/log/audit
/dev/md0 550G 1.6G 521G 1% /export/home1

Already created 22GB iso and still need to wait for 280 Min.

When you use mondoarchive to create the image, you give the path of the ISO you want to create with -i (for ISO) and -d (for target dir) and -p for prefix name.
You'll have to boot from that ISO to restore, which contains mondorestore.

The mindi.iso exists but isn't made for what you want.

>I want to use bootable usb(bootable mindi.iso) : plug into the system and save/create Full Image on USB and Restore image.

You can then also use the option -U of mondoarchive to create a bootable USB device, and -d for the device name to use

Please use man mondoarchive and look at the README as well, and the HOWTO:
