I am really grateful for your effort to help me finding the solution to my
issue. Now the error message changed to "Fatal error... Failed to copy to
tmpdir". For more details, please see the logs attached herewith. I will be

Hello,

Hummm, in fact in your case it is worse to increase that size as you're
probably limited by the size of your /tmp !
/dev/sda8     ext3	376807     43968    313383  13% /tmp

So you should use the -T option of mondoarchive to redirect temp files to
another dir with more room in it (/var/tmp seems to be a good candidate) or
reduce the EXTRA_SPACE to under 300 MB and see if that's enough to build the
boot env.
