Booting Morphix from USB?

Hi All,
       I am new to this morphix world. I am trying to
boot Morphix from my USB storage device(256 MB). I
have downloaded MorphixCombined-LightGUI-0.4-1.iso.
Now trying to boot the same. an anybody let me know
how it can be done? I have Windows 2K and Mandrake
installed in my system.Please help.
