One of Morphix goals is 'To provide an easy, full-blown Debian
GNU/Linux-based install, biased towards the use of Linux on the desktop.'

It may require non-debian apt repositories for thing such as Mplayer,
which for GPL/legal reasons are not in debain repository.

There is a Morphix repository but this is not required, it is used for
'morphing tools'

No difference in file system or boot process. The boot manager will be
GNU-GRUB/Lilo (or what ever you slected) seperate from debain.
