ARP replyer is almost ready (alpha-testing), and maybe its functionality
is similar to arptables, but there is no problem if you can do something
in two ways. As well, you can do some things with either ebtables or
iptables.

OK, but by now, 2.6.x kernel doesn't work for me, and from the other side,
I can thoroughly test it for 2.4.20, because I have a bridge (based on
2.4.20) in network which I administrate, which serves 100 Mbps for about
50 hosts and some downtime or malfunction here is not a great problem.
It's a *dream* testing environment.

My add-ons will simply be new targets and matches and I'm not going to
change anything in existing files, except for Makefile and Config.in. I
hope therefore will be no problems with compatibility.
