Either I am doing something way wrong, or there is a bug in the arptables. Neither -x or --exact yield any changes in the byte counters output. I want to feed the output to mrtg to measure the magnitude of ARP storms induced by my cable provider, thus exact counter values are preferred. I don't know much C, but from looking in the source I can see that you do not define an OPT_EXPANDED and in the cases of CMD_LIST and CMD_LIST|CMD_ZERO you have OPT_EXPANDED commented out. Is there a reason to this? ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Oracle 10g Get certified on the hottest thing ever to hit the market...
