(Matthew mentioned that you need to have your eth0.10 and eth1.11 interfaces up and you said that you did have them up.) Do have br0 up as well? Did you compile Bridging with NetFilter Hooks enabled (I think that is what they are called)? If you did you will have to make sure that you have ip_forward(ing) turned on. Also you will need to make sure that you don't have any IPTables rules / policies in place to prevent packets from passing through via "... -i br0 ... -o br0 ...". I recently did something similar with a box at one of my clients with out any problems at all. The real only difference with that box is that I was bridging 24 VLAN interfaces on one card to a non VLAN interface on another card. Even then things did work just like they should have.
