Problem with FC4 maybe solved.

After upgrading to FC4 my Transparent bridge to Squid was broken.
Troubleshooting revealed that packets redirected to the local squid machine
through iptables were getting lost. I filed a bugzilla report, and found
that the kernel maintainers had made a change that broke connection tracking
for bridged packets. A patch is available for those encountering this
problem, and the kernel will hopefully be fixed soon.
