ebtables2 compile errors

I have checked out the userspace tools from 
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ebtables/ebtables2/userspace/ebtables2/
And tried to compile it, but it gave lots of warnings and errors.
My OS is RHEL AS 3

Any hints ??
