Oops, I did it again: -X dontdiff and kernel patch

the kernel patch is again bigger than necessary, it includes

linux/drivers/scsi/sim710_d.h

if you use "diff -Nur -X dontdiff ..." with dontdiff including
the following, that won't happen :-)
