poll() broken w/POLLRDNORM in ngpt-2.2.0

Poll with a pollfd requested events values of POLLRDNORM, POLLRDBAND,
POLLWRNORM, or 

POLLWRBAND fail with a EINVAL error return, or have silent undefined
behavior as the pollfds args

with these values will not be recognized. These were introduced by
XPG4.2 and are supported for 

Linuxthreads properly.

 

This is currently causing the visibroker application to fail.
