How to find out timings?

Hi there,


how could I find out the timing currently used by the CS to access the 
pcmcia card?

Does the CS (ide-cs) automatically adjust the timings? Some cards can 
only do PIO 0 and 1, some might be faster...

I just want to be sure that my hardware meets the timings specs for 
some (random) CF flash card.
